Kim and Blaine held their wedding on a Sunday afternoon at the Old Mill Inn in Toronto. I love shooting at this historic English-syle Inn, with its striking grounds, gardens and beautiful shaded areas (perfect for photos), it’s a photographers dream. The Sunday afternoon wedding was such a cool idea, I wish more brides would hop on this train… Kim and Blaine had the ceremony, photoshoot, luncheon and first dance all before 4:30! The ceremony was outside with a string quartet playing and the beautiful mill as a backdrop.
The story of Kim and Blain starts 19 years ago, when they met each other the first time through friends. Thirteen years later they reconnected through facebook and on New Years Eve 2012 Blaine got down on one knee and proposed. Kim loves Blaine’ sweet side and knew he was the one when she found him in the waiting room after a non-serious hospital visit. Blaine loves Kim’s infectious laughter and caring personality and is excited to see where life takes them next together.
