Best friends, retail therapy and a road trip!

What amazing weekend, thank goodness for best friends!  Through spice girls, aqua and the beatles, we laughed, cried and spent money. As much as I tried to blog about our  funny adventures, I realized that the situations sound completely ordinary and don’t live up to their true awesomeness. I recognized that what made the humour of the situation was the unique, beautiful and amazing characters I was with all weekend, friends that have to much depth to cover in a single blog post. They really lifted me up, and were totally patient and understanding!

confessions.

Due to extreme personal stress, I have been taken over by consumerism, and bought way too many NEW clothes. I have to admit, it does feel good. For those of you who don’t know what I’m talking about, last January, in an attempt to further my environmental commitments, I decided to go for a year as a vegan, and not buy any new clothing.  so unfortunately, my year without buying new clothing has had a minor blimp in it, with only one month left to go.

non-confessions.

LUCKILY, my veganism vow hasn’t been broken! and I plan on continuing it!

I wasn’t aware that it’s an ordinary occurrence during road trips to go careening towards an exit ramp at 70 km/hr while avoiding being squished by a transport! But okay….
