Rustic and colourful fall wedding with unique DIY details
It is always such a compliment when another photographer asks you to cover their wedding. Roxanne and Richard from http://rphotographie.com/ contacted me a year ago to shoot their Sudbury wedding.
Roxanne and Richard met online, which is fitting because if you see them together, they look and sound like they belong on an E-Harmony Commercial. From the bride: “Though we did meet online, we grew a wonderful friendship before anything and you could say, Richard courted Roxanne for quite some time before making a move! We are both firm believers that if you take your time, a long and lasting relationship will transform. Richard and Roxanne are best friends to this day and wouldn’t have it any other way!”
This wedding was truly a pinterest wedding. The bouquet’s and boutonnieres were made by the mother of the bride, as well as the the wedding favours. The centrepieces were from a local barn, and the stationary purchased on Etsy and printed at a local print shop. The wedding was so colourful too, it really reflected the beautiful fall colours outdoors. I loved the bridesmaids colourful dresses… each dress was a unique fall colour. The hall was beautiful decorated by Enchanted Elegance, and cake was made by Ever After Bakery. The evening’s reception was brought together by Bill McElree, (check out his famous “Magic Hands” pose at the end of the post), who was also the officiant. Bill is truly a on-man show!
