Easter Goody Bags and my Surprise 25th birthday party!
I love long weekends! I had a bit of a stressful week at work, and guess what I do after a stressful week? Bake. I decided to make vegan goodie bags for easter this year… I made up a bunch of yummy recipes! I created chocolate covered coconut balls, chilli chocolate dipped pretzels, cookies, gingersnaps and this delicious chocolaty, raspberry, blackberry and coconut square. YUM!
Guess who turned 25 this year! My girlfriends threw me a fantastic surprise party … and Oh my goodness, I normally hate being surprised, or kept out of the loop about things, but this was unlike anything else! I couldn’t stop smiling the whole time! I have never had a surprise party before! It was complete with flowers and balloons and embarrassing happy birthday signs, and at the restaurant they brought out veganchocolate raspberry cupcakes that Erica made!
